We’ve received a few reports that some Full Sets of Series 2: Holiday Toastys may contain duplicate designs instead of the full 8 unique characters. If this happens to you, we’re really sorry — and we’ve got your back 💛
To request an exchange:
Email admin@tastytoastys.com with:
A photo clearly showing your full box set and the duplicates
A copy of your (e-)receipt
Once verified, we’ll arrange to swap out the duplicated piece(s) for the correct design(s)!

Please reach out within 7 working days of receiving your parcel (based on delivery tracking)
Applies to purchases from tastytoastys.com, Toasty's own TikTok Shop / Shopee account, or our own physical pop-up stores only (not eligible for third-party retailers like Toys R Us, Food Folks, etc.)
Why does this happen?
Each full set is packed manually, and despite our best efforts to brief our factory partners, occasional mix-ups can happen due to the blind box format. We’re working closely with our production team to reduce these errors moving forward. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
